All custom products and electrical components (including electrical slip rings) are non-returnable. All returnable standard products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning DSTI products.
DSTI offers repair service for rebuilding DSTI products. Repaired products are warranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of original delivery, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning DSTI products for repair evaluation and service. All non-warranty repairs will be subject to an initial evaluation fee of $236.00. All products sent back to DSTI for repair evaluation will be shipped at the customer's expense. DSTI Sales Support will contact the customer once a repair evaluation has been completed. The customer has up to 30 days to authorize the repair after receipt of the repair quote, otherwise DSTI reserves the right to scrap or ship the products back at the customer's expense without repair.
